DIY: Easter-Themed Scavenger Hunt

Tired of the same old egg hunt? We are too.

For most, Easter is filled with simple family traditions: egg dying, chocolate bunnies and an egg hunt delivered by a magical bunny.

This year, we want to help you incorporate new traditions. Don’t settle for any ordinary egg hunt, revamp it by making it a scavenger hunt! Below we have provided a few printable clues for some kid-friendly fun around your home. A scavenger hunt makes finding the baskets more challenging and is fun for all ages. You could even place a fun treat at each clue so that the kids stay engaged along the way.

It’s as easy as printing the clues, cutting them out, and taping them to their destinations! We made sure to include easy places, just be sure to hide them in a spot that’s easy to see and reach. The clues direct the hunters to the living room, bathroom, kitchen and mailbox. This scavenger hunt is quick and easy so that anyone can join, even grandma and grandpa!
We also wanted to share a fun Egg Popper Tree Idea from Studio DIY for some outdoor backyard fun that is great for the older kiddos. Incorporating both of these new Easter ideas will turn any ordinary Easter into an extraordinary one and will make for some new fun family traditions.
